Therefore, I encourage people to seek out things that will help them do just that, even if the average person would fail at it.I agree that if you’re on BiggerPockets you have a desire to not be average, that doesn’t mean you aren’t average though at any given moment (financially speaking) and if that’s the case spending lots of money on guru programs and/or MLM companies probably isn’t a wise financial decision.  

I have someone working on it at the moment but it is a family member who is educated on tax law but they say that I can’t deduct the mortgage or expenses from the gross income and I don’t think that is correct.

At the moment I feel overwhelmed with the investor category of things, and I am just starting to introduce myself mainly to newer persons to get used to how to interact regarding these subjects and like I mention above, I will no doubt proceed with persons with whom I am most comfortable.

Forest Park is enjoyable, especially in the summer, but the History museum is nice and it's a beautiful place to walk around.

You’re on the right track, and I LOVE str’s but perhaps you should reevaluate the markets you’re in.Your properties and listIngs are beautIful tho.

So many companies are out there (Honomobo, KitHaus, Kasita, ilo etc to name a few) and the modern designs are so beautiful.
