Condos can be great if you are accounting for potential assessments, maintenance, HOA fees, etc.

Can't tell, haven't gone to the lot yet, in the assessment it still show up as a 1.5 story SFH with a basement, so that's odd, but if I can find some guys to do this for me can I say the "house" (or what's left of it, in this case, the basement) needs an addition?
