What do you use for Rental comps?

These are expensive but if you are working with a management company that specializes in large properties they might have this service and can pull reports for you.But even the paid services are no substitute for good old-fashioned shoe leather.

Quickbooks Compatible Software/Reports

We are currently using Quickbooks but I am wondering if there is any type of add-on or software that can be used to create reports that will show everything for a property including purchase price/current value/mortgage, etc. instead of just the income/expenses that are on the P&L.

Looking for a real estate agent that works with wholesalers
18 October 2018 | 3 replies
It isn't prosecuted against often so there is low risk as the wholesaler but if an issue arises, the listing agent could report what your agent was attempting to do and they could be in trouble with the state board. This is why most wholesalers write their own contracts, do their own marketing, and work with off market leads.WORD OF ADVICE: No many investors are going to buy a property from a wholesaler that is on the open market.
