Need some advice.I am buying a home that will be my primary residence (drivers license, utilities in my name, car registered to this address, all mail goes here, etc.), yet am considering using it as an STVR.

Plaster walls are cracked, doors are sticky, the whole 9yards.Prior to purchasing, the seller had gotten a bid from a local contrator for ~$10-12k to install pin-piles to address the foundation. 

Those are the big financial risks in early 1900s homes, and if they've been addressed, they can make for nice houses to add to your portfolio.A good, investor-friendly agent will know how to evaluate those homes and give you good buying advice.As for locations, the Midwest still has plenty of 3/2 houses that list under 200k, but they are getting tough to find in ideal neighborhoods.

Whatever is in front of them today is what is being addressed.

Called police after hearing things breaking.After I give police the address I ascend to the 2nd unit where the action is.

I have a feeling that my home address and phone number are public somewhere. 

There is not much for someone in this situation that is usually addressed.

A Realtor that can accurately tell you rent prices just based on the address is GOLD.
