My parents just moved back from Vegas after 29yrs .  

It appears they are doing renovations to the hotels/casinos in the area.

If you're looking for a national flip from buyer's to seller's market, then I'd watch Phoenix and Vegas.

But while we are all in this state, Jill and Robert Berg are on a cruise, enjoying their lives to the fullest or at the casino, gambling.

As I always say, if you want to gamble, their is Vegas for that.

Vegas looks good; however, they have limited supply and high HOA fees. 

Though it is a lot of work I find that the shortterm people are less demanding and are more apt to be out..Now back to my question, I have a sister living in vegas and wasthinking of doing airbnb there with maybe a rental I would takeor buying a small house, I checked out mashadvisor for theairbnb rentals and found that they are cheaper than the onesin Joshua Tree Ca where my other sister lives.
