mobile home park close by

HI BP Las Vegas,  I have a friend looking for a Mobile Home in a nice Park.  Is there something around lake mead and rainbow area.  she would like to keep the kids in the same school. She  started a new job a few months ago and has about a thousand dollars to put down. if anyone knows the area and can pass on any information or make a recommendation, i would appreciate it.  thank you
