You’ll get appreciation on a condo sure .. but multifamily cash flows better which can allow you to snowball more down the road expanding your portfolio so much better .. look we are not here long .we all have limited time in this world we all have only 365 days in a year and real estate can be a slow dollar so you must think in terms of money created and potential money created over time .
