I've been following your screening guide and it's helped immensely, especially with weeding out people just kicking the tires and wasting your time.I've put in my ad that there is a small application fee and that usually weeds out people that I wouldnt want in there anyway and also communicates that there are only good tenants in the nearby units.

If you trust me to fight for and i trust that next time come into town to buy a house we work together then of course ill always fight for you needs.As far as what to ask an agent, I would find a agent you can talk freely with. you just was to have great communication with them on any topic!

If your tenant doesn't want to be bothered and is happy with the way things are then I wouldn't push it but most of the time I have found that you can get a lot of stuff done while a tenant is living there with proper communication.
