Its like many other "get rich quick" schemes that sound good on paper, have lots of people willing to separate you from your cash, but end up producing no returns for most of the folks who attempt it.

I started all fired up from reading Rich Dad books and then fell victim (willingly I must admit) to Guru magic.

I have been educating myself so that the odds are in my favor.I am not looking to get rich, I just want to be able to retire and be a grandmother to my 1yr old grandson.There is some great wisdom here and I intend to soak it up.

I've been following your screening guide and it's helped immensely, especially with weeding out people just kicking the tires and wasting your time.I've put in my ad that there is a small application fee and that usually weeds out people that I wouldnt want in there anyway and also communicates that there are only good tenants in the nearby units.

If you trust me to fight for and i trust that next time come into town to buy a house we work together then of course ill always fight for you needs.As far as what to ask an agent, I would find a agent you can talk freely with. you just was to have great communication with them on any topic!

Not sure how many up your way.One book I would highly recommend reading if you havent already is " Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.To be successful in Real Estate and in life you nees to first change your thinking.

If your tenant doesn't want to be bothered and is happy with the way things are then I wouldn't push it but most of the time I have found that you can get a lot of stuff done while a tenant is living there with proper communication.

Could someone recommend a good software or central database where the Project Managers and other members on the Team are able to go on to track expenses, communicate and just making sure everything is on time and on point?
