I recently purchased a house from HUBZU, i bid on the same house 3 times, First 2 times I won the bid, but receive no notifications, within 3 days i checked the site and the house had been re-auctioned/relisted. 

It is one of the biggest knocks we rightfully receive.

With the rents I expect to receive, I will be able to still cash flow after a higher refi, and I would love to have a little more cash in my account in order to pick up more properties. 

I just received this today and as of yet have not evaluated the actual properties myself. 

I've purchased 2 fannie mae home path propetties for myself and received my commission for them.

Hello,I received a call from our mortgage carrier yesterday stating they could offer me a lower APR on our home loan and lower our monthly payment.

I received the appraisal yesterday and it included a warning about potential severe increases in flood insurance costs in the years ahead.

I did one mailing earlier this year, 1000 pieces, and received a total of close to 50 calls but no deals.  

I understand that you yourself must be a licensed agent to receive referral fee.

First I require a large option fee that applies to the down payment as long as they purchase (with owner or bank financing), next I charge above average rent then kick back the part above average part towards the down payment AS LONG AS they pay on time, I give them 35 months to buy (since a 36 month lease option is considered a constructive sale by the IRS, I would penalize myself by making the option longer and have to pay taxes of a sale in year 1 even though never received the funds), and lastly I follow up with owner financing which they are very close to having enough funds after 35 months anyway.
