It's supposed to be a simple process but many wholesalers have their own way of advertising, promoting, and offering information on properties.

My favorite part about living in this space was the diversity that this type of housing promotes.

Make sure you have your plan and team put together, how you're going to sell and promote, and if it doesn't sell, what is your exit strategy. 

Roofstock promotes properties very similar to turnkeys, although I had not shopped through them before, so when I went to check out the site....my feedback is kind of general but also in some comparison to what I know about buying through turnkey providers, since this setup is similar.The biggest concern I have that I read on their site is they pretty clearly tell you that you don't, and shouldn't, do any due diligence on your own...even so much as get a property inspection.

It is a massive undertaking.Now in terms of getting BP or someone else to publish, I imagine it will take a lot of hard work and self promotion.

The first dollars are worth the least.There are two ways to think about the participation for a promoter.

That's not right about "real numbers" (so long as there are no identifiable specifics mentioned, and you are not trying to sell or promote something here).

However, it looks like the seller / agent promoted the house with a "newly refinished" basement....if the seller had that work done, it should be easily provable, and shame on them.  

I think there are those who are willing to drive the country into despair to promote political agendas, they won't really be effected.I won't be effected until the government falls apart and at that point I'll probably have to get off my tail end to protect and defend.

I was going to live with my brother for a while to help me get off my feet, but he recently got a promotion and is moving to Virginia.
