If you are buying one house and you don't have a ton of net worth that needs protecting again IMHO you are better off just getting a good umbrella insurance policy and skipping the LLC expense and hastle.

So, due to ethical, legal and policy agreements a broker has they usually won't allow wholesaling by their agents.The agent can avoid all these issues just as the wholesaler can, by taking title to the property and then selling it.

Instead, take that money you would have spent , or actually a small portion of the saved money, and if your worried about liability get another insurance policy to cover the unknown "an umbrella policy" in addition to you property policy.
