A little bit about my experience in Real Estate… I started a couple years ago doing some house flips in Detroit ( It was a 2 year plan) then decided to sell everything, moved to Washington DC which can’t afford anything in the DMV area but last year I purchased a very nice 3500 SQFT Duplex in Shaker Heights, suburb of Cleveland. 

We lived in Jax for 3 years before recently moving back to the Orlando area to be closer to family.

If they aren't on a lease, why not simply give them the required notice and have them move? 

I grew up in Northern California just north of San Francisco and moved out to Reno, NV near Lake Tahoe to live and invest. 

Real estate has been one of my goals.  

They could have moved away, inherited, or just not care about it anymore or aren't willing to rent it.

I am moving back to the Bay Area where my wife and I own a home.

What's the end goal and when do you want it to happen? 

Hi Dustin,     In my opinion, based on your big picture goal, It may be more effective to hold onto it until you meet the bank's eligibility criteria and then sell it while the market is still extremely hot with very low inventory (especially in Worcester!)
