I know the answer may seem lretty obvious but I’m hoping to get your advice anyways.My wife and I live in Blacksburg Va at Virginia Tech and she’ll be graduating medical school in 2020 when we’ll probably have to leave and go somewhere else for residency.From the general consensus of some of the real estate agents in town who know the market well, they said that this is a pretty hot market and prices are going up fast, and considering how much VT is growing and Blacksburg growing I can see why.

Just because most action sellers don't bother to complete the proper disclosure documentation (and most buyers don't ask for it) doesn't mean that they aren't required to.Note that plenty of sales (regardless of auction status or whether its an as-is sale) are exempt, but because they fall under foreclosure or tax sale exemptions, not by virtue of the fact that it is an auction/as-is sale.
