I understand BP survives on ad revenue, but a link somewhere on the page to your broker submission form seems like it would be sufficient without detracting in the way those two paragraphs do. 

So we gave you some starting pointers, but it's impossible to teach you our craft in a few online paragraphs.

If anybody is considered "essential" then I consider ability to earn a living "essential".Now I'll step down from my soapbox and suggest to you that the last paragraph of the mandate provides all the wiggle room you need if you are one compelled to want to follow mandates:"Hotels or other commercial and residential buildings may offer lodging for essential functions and travel including COVID-19 mitigation and containment measures, treatment measures, accommodation for essential workers, or housing solutions, including measures to protect homeless populations."

also, quality pictures and a well written ad goes a long way too. i know we are getting micro with this, but it is worth getting quality pictures taken and to write an attractive ad (no super long wordy paragraphs, etc)
