Im currently house hacking in the bay area, I have been house hacking for about 4 years now and just refi'd the house. the past 6 months ive been looking at different markets to invest in (indiana, Georgia, Ohio).

I bought with FHA loan in southern California in 2016, moved up to bay area for work in 2019 and bought with another FHA.

I am local to the bay area and planning to invest in multi-property units.

Assuming your property is in the bay area, rents are down 14-16% from a year ago. 

I have a friend that is inheriting her sister house in the Bay Area.

I'm in central FL (Tampa Bay) and I know about 20 investors who would die for those numbers right now.

In my market (Tampa Bay), we're going in one direction and that's up - pulling rents along with it at an even great increase. 

the SF Bay AREA Famous for sky high prices suffered a major meltdown from 89 to 93 with prices falling 50% in some areas.. and not recovering until about 97..  

I'm stuck in a far-too-expensive primary home in the SF bay area, and I'm looking for any way to stop the cash hemorrhage and get some positive cash flow instead.
