With a growing family and business to run, I’m reconsidering Friday night and voting for an extended Friday lunch once a month.

I'd vote for 4 kings.

I currently have 2 duplexes.We have just under 40 units and my vote is cash flow.  

Also, have you made sure the complex has no plans to vote on banning STR in the future? 

@David Keys I tried to read the entire thread, but there was a lot posted so if someone else wrote this, give them a vote for me.Not all lenders allow it, but call up your lender and tell them you want your loan "recasted" or "re-amortized."

And personally, I'm glad those people exist, If i can get their approval and investment dollars, then its a huge vote of confidence and will surely lead to more business...
