In general, our local economy is struggling with pot legalization, the black market has historically pumped lots of disposable cash into local businesses.

Are they growing pot or dealing drugs? 

Having steady cash flow is everything in any business.I also don't allow the following:1.No parking on grass2.No abandoned cars on property3.No water beds4.No incense burning5.No outdoor grilling within 25’ of house6.No ironing on floor or carpet7.Tenant is responsible for all floors8.No RV’s or campers on grass or driveway.9.Landlord not responsible for repair nor replacement of kitchen oven or cook topGood luck JP

Adds nice color (hate to use the word "bling") while providing coverage that is easier to clean smooch and grease from cooking than off wall paint. 

I know that sounds cliche, but I literally only have 2 hours of free time during my work days, and I spend about an hour and a half of that showering and cooking lunch for work.

If you're local, go buy 20 1-gal waters so they have it for drinking and cooking.
