And for sure the way most wholesalers go about wholesaling IE websites craigslist adds describing the home bd and ba showing up to show it to a ( quote un quote inspector) who is usually a buyer that's all brokering without a license.. and if someone turns them in.. they will no doubt get a cease and desist.I had one of my vendors in Mississippi that I funded his buyers.. and he got in all sorts of trouble for doing just this advertising homes in CA.. that were located in MS  selling it to CA folks when he did not own. them.. a buyer got wise turned him in..

Not legal in Oregon to market a property you don't own and collect a fee like an agent would.also we use title and escrow companies for closings  not attornies.. you can have a generic contract you want to use be produced by an attorney.but if someone turns you in for any craigs list add  e mail blast and you show and address bd ba etc on a house you don't own.. or put a sign in the yard.. you will get a nasty gram and a cease and desist.
