But while we are all in this state, Jill and Robert Berg are on a cruise, enjoying their lives to the fullest or at the casino, gambling.

As I always say, if you want to gamble, their is Vegas for that.

Vegas looks good; however, they have limited supply and high HOA fees. 

Though it is a lot of work I find that the shortterm people are less demanding and are more apt to be out..Now back to my question, I have a sister living in vegas and wasthinking of doing airbnb there with maybe a rental I would takeor buying a small house, I checked out mashadvisor for theairbnb rentals and found that they are cheaper than the onesin Joshua Tree Ca where my other sister lives.  

HI BP Las Vegas,  I have a friend looking for a Mobile Home in a nice Park.  

My good paying, clean credit tenant is trying to hide under a rug (somewhere).I need to hire a landlord's attorney in Vegas that is  "fair and reasonable" (what ever that means) so I can learn how to chase these tenants down in court.   

@Jackelyn Gonzalez  what happened to Charlie I have not seen him on BP .. and we had a nice meeting in Vegas a few months back.. hope everything is OK
