You only need a few tools.

But if you're using a dreaded third-party supplier, they'll do collection runs differently and likely more frequently, with the risk of them skimming coins for themselves.With that said, would there be interest in a shared-laundry management tool to aid in collections, usage monitoring, and maintenance tracking?

I am considering trying to find someone to build me out a custom CRM that could do all of this though.

I am new to the world of real estate, so of course I am used the tool for all ,Google.

The problem with handshake partnerships is that you essentially inherit all the decisions of your partner and the investments - so those tools are important to keep both of you protected.

The last 2-3 weeks have been me setting up my infrastructure to garner the best possible leads (scripts, e-mail systems, voicemail systems, CRM systems, cash buyer lists, process maps, contracts, titles, lists, calculators, networking etc).

Does anyone have one specific for a small townhome development?  I would like to view a few (if possible) just to cross-reference them to my sheets and ensure my layout is efficient and not overlooking anything

I'm just curious, for those of you who are Real Estate agents/Brokers or property flippers that are buying/selling, are you utilizing social media (Facebook & Instagram) as a marketing tool?
