@Catherine Barnes Just to be clear, if the damage was caused by an action of the owner/occupant above or by plumbing within the other unit interior, the condo association would have no responsibility.....only if it were a leak in the associations pipes (between the walls, ceiling/floor.

I specifically had them include the foundation, site-prep and utilities costs to make sure it was an apples to apples comparison and I was surprised by how low the estimate for cost per sqft was.
