It's a B class area with mostly older homes so most competition have hardwoods).3) Lay LVP through the whole unit and cover existing hardwoods (may be more expensive but definitely more durable over the long-run).Either way, the hideous parquet has to go!

I want them to make good loans so they'll stay in business so I can get more loans in the future.We're in escrow to sell the REO attached to that loan and the hang up has been B of A, the buyer's lender, go figure.We plan to get more loans from Groundfloor in the future.
