Next thing you know, you're so used to misrepresenting what it is that you actually do, that you're advising others on a web forum to lie to their friends and family about what they do.

I have seen most of what @David Roberts mentioned, that is a really good list of things to look for.I started using a PI to investigate all of the applicants.

In MA, where I live, we have favorable tenant laws and a complicated web of laws that the landlord must deal with.

An example: https://www.bls.gov/regions/southeast/north_carolina.htm#eag I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for, but if you can figure out exactly what you want then you can build your own stuff with the JSON APIs from a lot of the above referenced sites (FRED, Census, ....)

It's a visual scripting language that can record and automate just about everything including interacting with a web site.So everyday this runs on a desktop under my desk.

Nicely enough, i haven't paid for web hosting in nearly three years.

Let's keep in mind that these are City of Chicago employees and not all of them do there jobs, for example updating the web site....if your architect and or contractor can't spot the violations which are usually easy to spot you may have hired the wrong guys or girls.....
