Over this past month I have listened to dozens of BPs Podcasts, read articles, attended all the webinars, watched countless videos, read ebooks, etc.

Hi all,Im a Dutch high school student that is currently exploring the world of investing.I've been reading and watching video's about the BRRRR strategy.

I purchased the planner and was part of a group where we met virtually via video once every two weeks but it didn't seem to work out too well. 

Currently we (all the landlords) are repaving the parking lot, installing security cameras, landscaping, fresh paint on exterior, new roof and updating the laundry room.  

After spending several month reading and watching videos I knew I just needed to jump in.

Other videos/forums I have read explain that “you can get one from a lawyer” however that seems to introduce an entirely new process with entirely new questions...”Does that cost anything?”

I've listened to a bunch of podcast and even youtube videos on different success and unsuccessful stories.

@Christopher BattistaNot a ton of books out there but I recommend Mark Helm videos on YouTube and also Scott Meyers self storage academy.
