New to the Real Estate Industry

In May i attended a real estate event hosted by Than Merrill and his camp. I'm very interested in getting started with wholesaling, I just don't know where to begin. I've listened to a bunch of podcast and even youtube videos on different success and unsuccessful stories. So many stories people have said just to dive right in do not wait; others have said to obtain a real estate license before starting.
