The property is a one bedroom w/ no view, and it definitely doesn’t look like the pics as the broken floor tile, missing grout etc do not get photographed.

By the time I leave the Navy I will have more then 6 months worth of income saved up since that's one of the most common pieces of advice I have seen throughout these threads.I was curious if anyone knew of a Veteran program that would cover the costs of getting licensed or covering the exam fee?

Also look at Faira.com and do everything that a broker would do like professional photographs, great description, open houses, printed materials, signage, etc, and I think you have a huge leg up and getting your home sold.
