You get on the bus at one place and get off them at another.I suggest you either start at the most recent filing and work backwards enough to collect 100 records, wait for enough records to group one month's worth, or go to multiple courts and collect sufficient data to create the database size you are looking to work.You could mail a database of 100 records (or 200 or 1,000) every month of two and provide a different message, more appropriate to the PR after a few months have elapsed

The development, although beautiful and self sufficient (grocery stores, schools, etc) it is in the middle of no where and about a 30-40 minute drive to the nearest city.I wouldn't want to invest in a pre-construction project where the community is already struggling with vacancies.
