If you have an apartment bldg, probably better I have a LLC for the asset protection since it’s a more valuable asset and with so many tenants there is a greater chance, ie risk, of something going wrong.LLC generally have some cost.

I have some savings, but the deals I’ve been involved in I have no money in and mostly deal with contractors and the tenants and all the other odds and ends.I want to have more capital to become a more valuable asset to future partners and I stumbled across wholesaling.

The agreement/contract will become valuable when the deal isn't going quite "right" and you two have a disagreement.
