Advice for getting into Wholesaling
Any advice for getting your foot in the door in wholesaling?
I focus on deals doing the BRRRR method. I have some savings, but the deals I've been involved in I have no money in and mostly deal with contractors and the tenants and all the other odds and ends.
I want to have more capital to become a more valuable asset to future partners and I stumbled across wholesaling. Any books, articles, tips/ tricks anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
