The play is a 3 to 5 year hold, raise rents to get the valuation up to 600K and liquidate to 1031 into another investment.

I am currently setting up and planning on scaling a property management business focused on serving industrial owners in the London/St.

Premiums are up at least around 20% in that timeframe. 

I guess that's not huge, but it feels like a lot especially when I try marking up the cleaning fee to guests to account for the Turo fees.
