I will never to be pressed in any transaction.  

You probably don't do your own legal, accounting, plumbing, etc. so why on maybe the largest transactions of your life ever try to do it yourself. 

Also it limits the products that small local community banks were "famous" for being able to make.

However, you should record all cash transactions between you and the LLC.

What is the sales growth rate of that product?

I think my broker will be awesome and supportive with walking me through any transactions once I get them, but I'm prepared to work super hard to get my own clients.
