I can't imagine why I didn't realize these were the same accounts LOL  

I've owned the house for few years and have spent a lot of time trying to design an addition to add value to the property, but the current floor plan is really not conducive to realizing a return on that investment (tiny living room, low ceiling basement, poorly placed basement stairs, etc.). 

Do you have advice in terms of determining rents for individual rooms (I realize this is a bit more of a landlord oriented question).

If we are going to pay all the insurance, taxes and maintenance, we may as well own the building.I realize this may be a little bit of the wrong place to ask this since many of you are property owners but I'm wondering your opinions about NNN leases and whether they will remain feasible in markets like the one I'm in.

Then you need someone to help you realize that goal.

I've been filling one out and I'm starting to realize that maybe it could do more harm than good.

I realize I am still very young, which only means I have tons of experience and wisdom to gain.

I realize it may be a discounted price, but definitely not willing to give it away.

Soon realized that it wasn't what I wanted to do and we just had a talk about it and decided we were going to be self employed real estate investors.

I realize that the best way to find these exact numbers will be to talk to an agent, contractor or property manager but I am just starting with none of those connections and am simply in the learning phase at this moment and am hoping to get a better general idea for repair costs.
