How is something like this structured, would the payments made by the buyer going directly to my note or could it be setup in this fashion? 

You have to get a loan for all of it so if things aren't as they seem on the surface, you could get screwed to the wall.The homes are nearing 100 years old.

Tenant and building quality is key to avoid problems as well as your capacity to manage the tenants requests and concerns in a firm but fair fashion.

On the surface this seems like a very profitable deal but how can I determine if the income for the convenience store is within reason without viewing the financials. 

Call me old fashioned or whatever.....but i just don't know about putting one of them on the "hook" as the main lessor and letting them know if she leaves, its all on you.
