Mind you, these guys were struggling couple years back, I think big investors spoiled the good ones.

I struggle with this because I have four lots that are paid for and all utilities to the lots.

But we still remember the time early on that we struggle with our paychecks.From the beginning, I established bank overdraft facilities and make sure everyone is paid on the due date, whether cash is in the bank or not.

I'm putting a deal together in Buford, but I'm struggling to find good comps, and I'd personally rely on someone who has boots on the ground in the area.

Ron Quinn I think it sounds great if it could be offered at the right price.I struggle a bit to envision how you would fit in the puzzle with the actual PM.

I was sort of struggling with wholesaling at the time.  

This has been the biggest struggle for me recently.
