Good point Walt, that is a common solution and nondisclosure of matters is usually part of the deal.

People will "google you" and an internet presence has more weight than an unknown website.The letter should be brief - the main point you want to come across is that you are here to give them solutions, help.

All I know is that TLD Registrar Solutions (who don't offer phone support) are the ones who host my site.

Then keep in mind that you will have to have a way to keep them from breaking back in and stealing what you've put in or they will wait a few weeks and pull the copper and everything else right back out.So, if it's a not so good part of town, budget monitored alarm systems or something else to keep them out, because they'll be watching.

Is this something that can be treated with bleach and water solution?
