Carriers, when they write a policy, are evaluating both the risk of the property and the risk of the occupants/owner.It likely will be a pretty smooth process, but keep your agent informed and involved.

It was informative, clumsy and a touch awkward in light of how smooth they are nowadays.

Does It make since to provide financial education resources to the current tenants leading up to rent increases to help the transition?

@Brianna A.Take a day trip to Newark Penn Station and pick up all the NJ Transit routes, Then review all the express stops and review the immediate neighboring towns, Would then review there taxes and schooling for strong rental returns.

As I transition I want to be ready, hit the ground running, and continue to be aggressive and make things happen.
