The NYTimes recently reported about the high percentage of bogus/false videos on YouTube. 

Bandit Signs, Billboards, Bus Benches, Youtube video ads with some dude singing "we buy houses" with his banjo.

I saw your video on Ring and based on their violent behavior, it seems like they shouldve been locked up for threats and damaging property.

I've been online reading different articles on probate from different attorney websites in Texas,  listening to podcasts,  watching YouTube videos etc.

I have a background in watching youtube videos about construction and then doing the work twice because I screwed it up the first time.Good luck!

I've also been binge watching seller financing videos on youtube and reading up on it as much as I can - but hopefully this will open some doors and become the first of many win-win seller financed deals. thank you both for all of your input!  

But then, I also live in the same city as my rentals so inconvenience isn't as much of a factor.I'll be curious to see other thoughts.I've heard some landlords will use those special locks where they can change the access code remotely and let the potential tenants check the place out for a specific time slot and then change the code. 

Any neighbors who might have security cam facing your property that may have video recordings you can review. 

Podcasts are great, video's too, but make sure you "feed" her the good stuff in small portions, otherwise she will not pay attention.
