I have a lot of knowledge and some skill.

I may use a GC for the job, or I might coordinate the skilled trades myself - it just depends on the complexity of the individual project.

The property I have in mind is a solidly built, arts & crafts house with hardwood floors, a large lot, mature trees, and an excellent location near a major university.

We could suggest that the folks who post on these threads and those students whom we have worked with are just out-liars but I can honestly tell you I have not met a skilled note investor from ANY of these programs.
