Is there a general ratio to help determine the size of dumpster needed and how many pick ups required a week?

We spend 4-5 hours a week managing the building (much more with turnovers). 

We went from 40 current and future vacancies to 5 future (Sept 1) vacancies during 6 weeks of my aggressive leasing (I left to start grad school in mid July).

I have been working in Houston the past six months getting familiar with the area, doing plenty of research and diligently doing my homework on real estate investing and feel confident about closing on my first deal sometime between now and August 2019.

Hes been at his new job only 3 weeks and makes 36k a year.

@Yolanda Eiland  I had one last week send me a PM on BP  broken English the whole 9 yards.. but its great that these folks are asking.. but just think how many don't and lose their money.

My Dad & I closed on what will be our 1st flip last week.
