I thought I'd share some local insights.

This community is invaluable. 

I've done my fair share of research, but I believe that having someone experienced to bounce ideas off of and receive feedback from would significantly accelerate my learning curve.I understand that relationships aren't one-sided, and I'm more than willing to contribute and assist in any way I can whether it's lending a hand with your projects, sharing resources, or simply providing updates on my progress.

You think any publishing resource is going to want to find that out too, let alone share it or post it?

I believe that the knowledge and experiences shared in this community will be invaluable, and I am eager to learn from all of you.I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect with fellow investors, especially those in the Vancouver area or anyone who started their journey in similar circumstances.

The docs are obviously very important, but if they're willing to share any best practices for screen borrowers, it'll be even more beneficial.

I think my best starting point is asking for referrals from the community of experienced investors on this forum.

I want to throw this out to the community to see if anyone would have some local expertise to know if market conditions should warrant a request for seller credit or break the contract.
