And even then, they probably can't close within that time ...Hey Steve and Chris - You guys both make really good points about the closing dates and the way the banks look at them, but I have had a different experience.Most REO's are represented by brokers or agents down here in Memphis so even though the bank cannot close quickly in most cases, the listing broker or agent is very interested in not wasting time and pushing for the best contract.
