I have been working in banking since 2010 as a retirement specialist and a mortgage, personal, business and home equity loan originator.

My long term goal would be to build passive income and retire early (at 55) using a  different investment vehicle, possible mortgage notes, they seem complex and quite fascinating.  

Now bit my wife and I make a good salary and our decision to invest was to add supplemental income to our already outstanding retirement plan. has anyone heard of Cody Sperber"the clever investor" or worked their program.  

The burglars had dumped out his boxes and dumped out his dresser drawers while he was living in a retirement home.

Ultimately I'd like to built enough wealth to retire early.As I mentioned earlier I'm interested in flipping.

The story I have from the broker (who is a partner of someone I trust) is that due to some recent health issues he's retiring and wants out. 

We have been listening to the BP podcasts and as he is retiring from the military soon we are excited about getting into investing (Mainly buying and renting out, we think for now).
