Remember from what you have studied these last two years - beyond the potential legal ramifications, all you really bring to the deal is your reputation  (you already fear that a simple check would blow that - and the deal).

My question is - when making offers on a high number of properties (I plan to offer on properties even if I haven't had the chance to look at them yet), does an agent/investor start to develop a negative reputation that hinders them from doing business in the future?
