It sounds like you are saying the loans are not under your name at all, you didn't personally sign for a residential loan, these are commercial loans that were closed and funded to the LLC, correct?

I do understand that there are many different types of properties that don't fit into the correct zoning, or go against the restrictions and operate without a problem but I still wouldn't want to start a deal knowing that I am financing something that is against the law.

@Jeremy Schreiber what @Nightingale Daniel said is sort of correct - Whoever the taxpayer is on the old property must be the taxpayer for the new property.
