How has the rehab been to your standards?

I self manage 4 properties on my own and I don't think there is that much paperwork associated to bring in the cost of a VA. 

Without knowing the renovation and soft costs, having the original purchase and eventual sale price is worthless data.

I then **Rehabbed** it, making necessary repairs and improvements to increase its value.

Purchase Price: $39KRehab Cost: $32KARV: $100K  As you can see from the pictures, We redid mostly everything here; Windows, doors, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms and drain tile in the basement. 

Unless you know NJ landlord/tenant laws along with the commercial side of it, it may cost you more money NOT to hire professional management. 

Can I expense my moving costs if I am moving across the country to pursue RE investing full-time in another state?
