Lloyd,You might run into some issues with using multiple heloc's due to either the DTI issues, or the underwriter exercising the right to deny based on overall risks associated with no liquid reserves being used. 

A regular tenant wouldn't be okay with all the excess stuff so this is why I did this arrangement instead of letting the house sit empty earning $0 rent. 

Even for counties with electronic submission, attorneys who aren't closing there regularly likely aren't willing to close one-offs there. 

You would just need to qualify regularly for your new home.

Even thgh apartment is the first floor apartment when they use treadmill and other exercise equipments it does shake the house little bit and produces heavy stomping sound as this old 1880s house.

Albeit, the grass will require regular maintenance but it is a quick inexpensive fix.
