I watched a BP video where I believe Brandon talked about a discount on the Pro membership.

I take video of it  and send then a link to it once im done , I also give then my opinion on the neighborhood , maybe take video of it also , like if its near a church or a park or a school .. or if its near commercial property or a bad area ..

Everything you want to know is on a youtube.com video.

I am tossing around the idea of creating and posting a video on my profile.

One that randomly hits me is:  Paying a realtor a 3% sale commission ($15,000) on sale of a $500k property.  

Not just because of my amazingly stunning monkey looks, but I have a ton of amazing reviews on my site, when we meet I am very "real" and likeable, I have my NASA background with videos of me helping paraplegic people walk again.

I have researched countless books and spend countless hours watching videos on how to do it but I’m a hands on type person without any experience and that’s what brought me here.

Do note that across the metro that many cities are starting new programs forRegistration as a landlordRegistration as a rentalAnd various inspection program either randomly (Kansas City), upon complain (Kansas City), annually (Independence) or between tenants Grandview.Kansas Does have a law that says if your tenant refuses the city inspection, they can decline inspection. 

Seminars, youtube videos, and reading forums helps but rarely gives you the full picture all at once.
