Even if Russia doesn't stop exports, without international expertise allow to work and supply Russia oil and gas industry, their production can suffer over next few years.Real Estate---seems like warehouses are still strong and will continue to be in the near future....when you look at home prices and interest rates, I would think there should be increasing demand over the next five years for mobile home parks and housing.

If he had better loan products that were fixed and not structured to be called due, he never would have been….well called due.  

FHA is a strict loan product, and not always rehab friendly.

New construction Duplex/Triplex/Quadraplex will range from 400-700k in Ocala and the same product will be more expensive in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa ect however you can still find a small older duplex that will need work in the 250k range in the outskirt areas.

If I have to pay my employees 10% more, my rent 10% more, my product initial cost 10% more, I'm passing that to my customer.

DSCRs are ideal investment loan products since I have clients who 6 or more investment properties and all that matters to get the next loan is the borrower credit score, down payment amount and current or projected rents.

The renovations may take a bit longer and can be more expensive however, the final product is usually amazing! 

I think a good place to start would be private money as well as reaching out to hard money lenders and seeing if there are any products they offer that will finance just the rehab - best of luck!
