If we let a tenant manipulate us and take control of our interests, it will not bode well for our investment or for our well being.

There is no climate control, security gate, etc, it is simply a self storage building. 

We have found that most sellers are selling because they can't control there asset and let the tenants walk all over them and most tenants that don't pay or only pay half can pay if it is made a priority by the new owner.

Along those lines...does anyone know of a good (and reasonable) pest control company in Fort Worth?

You typically need to be setup and vetted by the company in advance of being able to run credit checks  - they need to confirm that you have the appropriate facilities and controls in-place to assure privacy is maintained.I do believe in the U.S.A. you have on-line services that get around this by having the candidate submit the credit request themselves and simply authorize you to view the results.

Very comfortable and for such a large frame it's quite easy to conceal and control.
