The rewards are awesome... but don't neglect the inherent risk of what you are thinking about taking on.So being a beginner, realtors may not think you are a serious player.  

It's hilly, with some level areas, My other objective from your comment is to find out the players. and to my surprise, it's ppl within my circle or heard are reputable.

Of course each case on the purchase and refinance is unique, so in most cases the end result and terms may vary depending on your situation and the capabilities of the lender used.

I do think they are are going to become the dominant player in the ibuyer movement where investors are purchasing homes via an MLS type of vehicle and mostly sight unseen.  

Use both and see which you prefer, batchleads has more capabilities like texting. 

There is no answer that you are looking for without knowing what your specific financial REI Plan is, and what strategies you are capable of doing.

I have been on here for just a few months and I already have a pretty good list of buyers that are capable of buying.

What I found when I contacted various providers is that I felt the 'smaller' companies like Sense, UDirect or others who contribute here such as @Brian Eastman, @Carl Fischer ALL seemed to give a more "personal level" of interest/service than the 'big players', which to me is an asset to them.

Just check with the three major players for a quote: Proper Insurance, Foremost, CBIZ (not sure CBIZ is still doing short term stuff though) and you'll know for sure.

The specialty institutions that handle non-traditional investments are generally going to be smaller than the big Wall St. players - who just don't do this type of processing.
